Privacy & scoring

Nobody reads anybody's answers.

The score is computed on comparison, not disclosure. This page explains what we compare, what we store, and what nobody can see. It is written in plain language on purpose.

The rule

Only a match % is ever shared. That sentence appears on every screen, and it is the whole policy.

You answer
Stored under your account, encrypted.
They answer
Stored under a one-time link, no account.
We compare
Each pair of answers against your expectation.
You both see
One number, category breakdown, nothing else.
What that means in practice
No answer is ever shown to the other side

Not in the app, not in the export, not in Deep Insights. Category breakdowns are aggregated, and any category with only one question is folded into a neighbour so a percentage cannot reveal a single answer.

Respondents do not need an account

A guest link stores a nickname and a set of answers. That is all. No email, no phone, no device fingerprint.

You decide if they see their score

A toggle on the Link Hub. Off by default for Business templates, on by default for everything else.

Delete means delete

Deleting a questionnaire removes every respondent's answers with it, within 24 hours, across backups.

No selling, no ads, no models

Answers are never used for advertising, never sold, and never used to train anything. Revenue is subscriptions only.

Ask us anything

[email protected] is read by a person. Data-access and deletion requests are answered within 7 days.

How the number is built

Each question scores 0 or 1 against your expectation. The average is the match.

Accept Any

Always a 1. The question is informational and does not move the score.

Similar Only

1 when their pick is yours or an adjacent option. Adjacency is defined per template.

Specific

1 only when they pick the option you named.

Not This

1 for anything except the option you ruled out.

Categories are weighted equally in the headline score. Premium lets you weight one category up to 2x; the respondent's screen says so.
