80–100 is a strong match, 55–79 is some common ground, under 55 is different priorities. They are a place to start the conversation, not a verdict.
Free plans show the first two respondents per link with names. Premium shows everyone. Scores for extra respondents are still computed and appear once you upgrade.
Yes, but respondents who already answered keep the version they saw, and any changed question is dropped from their score so the comparison stays fair.
